As all our products are handmade to order and often personalised to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is faulty, damaged, or significantly not as described.

Please ensure that all customisation details (e.g. name spellings, colours, messages) are correct at the time of ordering, as we cannot make changes or offer refunds once your order is in production.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at contact@thecraftykeepsakes.com with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will either offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Please enter names exactly as you’d like them printed, including correct capitalisation. We’ll print the name exactly as you provide it (e.g., 'alex' vs. 'Alex' vs. 'ALEX') to ensure it appears exactly as you intend. Double-check all customisation details before submitting your order.

To keep your item looking its best, hand wash gently in cold water with a mild, baby-safe detergent. Do not bleach or use harsh chemicals. Lay the item flat to dry, and avoid wringing or hanging, as this may stretch the fibres. Do not tumble dry. If needed, use a cool iron, but avoid ironing directly over the embroidery. Because this item is handmade and personalised, it should be treated with extra care to preserve its shape, softness, and stitching.

Because this is a handmade process, the name in your chosen font may have slight variations compared to a digital mock-up.
