By placing an order or browsing our Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

2. Orders & Personalisation
Each item is made to order and personalised based on the information you provide at checkout. Please enter names and messages exactly as you’d like them printed, including correct capitalisation (e.g., Alex vs ALEX vs alex). We will embroider your item exactly as written.
We cannot be held responsible for errors made in your order submission, so please double-check all details before confirming.
Mock-ups are available on request—just send us a message.
3. Handmade Product Disclaimer
We aim to present each item as beautifully and true-to-life as possible. However, slight differences in colour may occur depending on your screen settings or lighting. Each item is lovingly hand-embroidered, and because of the handmade nature of our products, small variations in thread tones, design placement, or stitching may occur. These subtle differences add to the charm and authenticity of your one-of-a-kind keepsake.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. You’ll see a breakdown of any applicable shipping fees at checkout. Full payment is required at the time of order via secure payment methods provided on the Site.
We reserve the right to update prices or correct any pricing errors at any time.
5. Shipping
Production time: 3–7 business days
Shipping time: 3–8 business days depending on your location
International Orders: We ship worldwide.
Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.
6. Returns & Cancellations
Custom and Personalised Items
Because all of our items are handmade to order and personalised to your specifications, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an item is faulty, damaged, or significantly not as described.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it at contact@thecraftykeepsakes.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will happily offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
7. Care Instructions
For all hand-knit and embroidered clothing items, we recommend hand washing in cold water with a gentle detergent. Do not bleach. Lay flat to dry to preserve shape and softness, and avoid tumble drying or wringing. If needed, use a cool iron, avoiding direct contact with embroidery.

8. Intellectual Property

We love when customers share photos of their purchases! However, if you include a photo in your review or tag us online, we’ll always ask for your consent before featuring it on our website or social media. We value your privacy and respect ownership of your content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our products or Site. While we take great care in the making of each item, products should always be used under appropriate supervision, particularly those made for children.
