What’s the production and delivery time?

How do I personalise my order?
Please enter names exactly as you’d like them to appear — including capitalisation. For example, “alex”, “Alex”, and “ALEX” will be stitched or printed just as written. Double-check your spelling before submitting your order to make sure everything turns out just the way you want.
What kind of custom items do you offer?
We specialise in personalised baby clothing, blankets, rompers, baskets, jewellery, accessories, and seasonal gifts like Christmas stockings. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, feel free to message us — we love custom requests!
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
If you spot an error or need to change something, contact us straight away. If we haven’t started on your item yet, we’ll do our best to update it.
Can I see a preview before it’s made?
Yes! Mock-ups are available on request. Just send us a quick message before or after ordering, and we’ll be happy to provide one.
Are there variations between items and photos?
We aim to showcase our products as clearly and beautifully as possible, but please keep in mind that slight differences in colour may occur due to lighting or screen settings. As each piece is handmade, small variations in thread tone, embroidery placement, or design details are part of what make your item unique. These little differences add to the charm and authenticity of your custom keepsake.
