Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at contact@thecraftykeepsakes.com with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will either offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Please enter names exactly as you’d like them printed, including correct capitalisation. We’ll print the name exactly as you provide it (e.g., 'alex' vs. 'Alex' vs. 'ALEX') to ensure it appears exactly as you intend. Double-check all customisation details before submitting your order.
